I recently visited Alma Rosa with some friends, and it was an experience I wouldn’t forget in a hurry. Alma Rosa is different from your typical Mexican restaurant; the ambiance and decor are chic and modern, creating a fantastic dining experience.
Alma Rosa offers a fantastic happy hour from Monday to Friday between 3 pm and 7 pm. The cocktails are top-notch, and the prices are affordable. You can choose from their signature cocktails or go for a good drink at only $10.
One cocktail that I’d highly recommend is the El Beso del Pirata, a hibiscus mojito that is refreshing and perfect for a hot Miami day. And if you are a fan of spicy cocktails, then you must try the Jalapeño Smash, a cocktail that packs a punch and will leave you wanting more.
But the food was the highlight of my happy hour experience at Alma Rosa. The cochinita pibil tacos were hands down the best tacos I’ve ever tasted. The Mexican-style shredded pork was succulent and flavorful, and the spicy salsa verde added just the right amount of kick to the tacos.
